Welcome to Your-Medical-Info.  The site for what we consider the best software for entering and reporting  your personal medical information.

Click on the "DOWNLOAD Application" button below and select "Save" to save the Application to your desktop or anyplace on you want to save it on your computer.  Once the download has completed please:
   - click on the 'Open" button 
   - double click on the ReadMeFirst.txt file.
      - This file will describe the remaining steps for successfully 
         installing the Your-Medical-Info Application.

New Version

The current download version is 4.0 as of May 2007.  We will be working on new features for the next version as well as a version which will run on the Windows CE platform.
